What is your exchange and return policy?

FabKids strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept eligible returns and exchanges within 60 days from the date of shipment. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with their original tags and packaging.

For eligible items, you may choose one of the following:

  1. Return for a refund: Receive a refund to your original payment method.
  2. Exchange: Exchange the item for another available size or color of the same item. Exchanges for a different item are not available.

Any amount paid with a FabKids VIP Credit or store credit will be returned in the same form and cannot be refunded to a credit or debit card.

Return shipping and handling is $9 for Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses, and $9.95 for Canada.

Rewards points earned from returned items will be deducted from your account.
