How do I return or exchange an item?

To start a return or exchange, visit our Returns & Exchanges portal. You can also access the portal through:

My Account > Orders & Returns > Order Details > Returns & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges in the Self-Service section of the FabKids Help Center

Then follow these steps:

Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order. Make sure both match your order details exactly.
Select the eligible item(s), return reason, and quantity.
Choose one of the following options:
- Return and Refund: Return the item(s) for a refund to the original payment method.
- Exchange: Exchange an item for another available size or color of the same item. Exchanges for a different item are not available.
Submit your request and download your prepaid FedEx return label. A copy of the label will also be sent to you by email.
Securely package your item(s), attach the label, and drop off the package at a FedEx location. You will not need to pay FedEx when dropping it off.

If you are unable to download your FedEx label or do not receive it by email, please contact our Customer Service team via live chat. We will help you retrieve another copy.

Please note: Happy Returns and Return Bar drop-offs are no longer available. All returns must now be shipped using the prepaid FedEx label provided through our Returns & Exchanges portal.

The Returns & Exchanges option is available only for eligible orders within the return window. If your order has not yet been marked as delivered, the option may not appear. Once the return window has passed, Past Return Window will be displayed.

If the portal does not recognize your order or an eligible item does not appear, please contact us via live chat with your order number and the email address used to place the order.

Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns (please refer to promotion disclaimers for the terms of each offer).
